I use a variety of techniques, including the use of sound, smell, vision, touch and talking, to co-create a healthy life and lifestyle.
The tools of my trade include tuning forks, Tibetan singing bells and bowls, drums 
and tonal vocal noises, aromatherapy, color therapy light, hot basalt stones,
other rocks and minerals including crystals, art works,
massage, energy work, and talking-counseling.

A session involves the co-create connection with the client, the spiritual essence and me.
It is a dynamic process of interaction, with all the tools and supplies ready to hand.
